The 'Winter Nationals' are 5 day Educational & Game Series events at Pirate City for players ages 13-18. Traditionally, Mickey Owen programs provide player-focused, professional training in position play and hitting. Instruction by pro coaches is 'Hands On' and personalized.
Our coach to player ratio is 1 Pro Coach for every 8-10 players.
In addtion to competitive games and pro instruction, players and their parents have the opportunity, at the Winter Nationals, to take part in a special program to help create a plan for playing baseball in college. Each player has his own individual Winter Session Professional Evaluation posted on the Internet for College Coaches and Pro Scouts to view free of charge.
The College Planning Seminar and Internet Posting of Player Evaluations is a $200.00 value and is inlcuded at no extra cost as part of our regular Winter Session fees . |
