| Clinics provide a fun and organized challenge for players ages 7-9; 10-12 and 13-14. We hold clinics on the weekends year round and during holiday breaks. Check our schedule to see if there is a clinic coming to your area! If you would like to bring a clinic to your community select Host your own Clinic. OBJECTIVE AND PHILOSOPHY Our purpose is to introduce players to proper and safe baseball fundamentals. We train in techniques and skill development while developing discipline through Attention - Learning - Practice. Our students enjoy successful achievement by meeting performance challenges including games of skill and measurement of key talent indicators. PROGRAM This program includes the basics of hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing and running. We also instruct in specialized areas of position play including catching, 2nd & short stop, 1st & 3rd, outfield, sliding, base running, bunting, cut offs and run-downs. STAFF All clinics are staffed by veteran Mickey Owen educators. Instructors have been chosen for their ability to relate to their students needs as well as for their baseball knowledge. (1 to 10 Coach to Player ratio or less) LOCATION Clinics are conducted in communities all over America, Canada and the world.
