To qualify for a *Registration Package* you must send in the $25.00 Registration Fees together and be one of the first 30 to Register. If you are not one of the first 30 Coaches and Players or 30 Coaches to Register the total due is an additional $10.00 per person.

The fee for an individual coach to attend the 'Coaches' Clinic is $75.00.

All Registration Fees postmarked after Feb. 8, 2008 will incur an additional cost of $10.00 per person.



Registration requires a $25.00, per person non-refundable Fee, that can be paid by mail or by phone, (417) 882-2799.
