Mickey Owen Baseball School is an

GAMES Each student has the chance to play many games on professionally manicured, lighted fields. Every evening students play games against local area teams or scrimmage against each other. This is an excellent opportunity to play more games in two weeks than you play all summer in a league.

INSTRUCTION We provide comprehensive thoughtful instruction in all baseball fundamentals tailored to each, student age group's, understanding and experience.

PERSONAL ATTENTION Our coaching staff of professional educators work closely with each student. Mickey Owen baseball instructors are chosen for their ability to relate to their student's needs as well as for their baseball knowledge. We provide a fun and nurturing environment for students so they may be secure in their growth and development as players.

EQUAL CHANCE We insure that each student, regardless of experience or ability, has equal opportunity to develop, practice and play. We are a baseball community that is designed for learning and improving at baseball, not a win at all costs competitive event.

STAFF Our support staff is trained to provide for all requirements of a student's stay including meals & laundry & everything from equipment choice to choice of position and from home sickness to home runs.

FACILITIES Our Baseball Facilities include 6 fields (5 are lighted); 4 lighted batting cages and 4 pitching machines. We also have a concession stand, game room, and pro shop on site. Students are housed in cabins by age groups and each cabin is monitored during sleep hours by an experienced staff counselor. Three well balanced meals are provided daily in our dining hall.

30 minutes West of Springfield, MO
1 hour North of Branson, MO
2 1/2 hours South of Kansas City, MO

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Students ages 11 to 19 may attend any two week session or may attend for 1 week during any session. A limited number of one week students are accepted for Session #5 and #6.
Students ages 8 to 10 attend for 1 week and must attend the first week of a two week session.

REGISTRATION AND TUITION Send in a $100.00 registration fee to hold a place in a session and the remainder of the tuition is payable two weeks on or before arrival. Enrollment is limited! Enrollment includes: food, lodging, T-shirt and cap. Game uniform is provided while at the school. We provide free transportation to and from Springfield / Branson Regional Airport.

One Week Cost: $550.00 -- (includes $100.00 registration fee)
Two Weeks Cost: $850.00 -- (includes $100.00 registration fee)

I understand that if I don't attend this year the $100.00 Registration Fee is not refundable, but can be transferred in the registrant's name to the following year.
